Tri-Land also hopes to announce a new anchor tenant soon forthe 37-year-old Tri-Land owns and manages more than 2.8 milliob square feet of retail space in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantiv and Southeast regions of the country. It specializez in acquiring and revitalizing distressed and undervalueed community centers rangingfrom 100,000 square feet to 750,00p square feet.
